Devil Made Pinot - NV Sparkling Pinot Noir
The Devil Made Pinot — NV Sparkling Pinot Noir Adelaide Hills
Trouble never looked so pretty.
Pale blush in the glass — the colour of a devil's wink — with a fine, persistent bead that rises like it's got somewhere to be. This is 100% Pinot Noir from the cool, elevated ridges of the Adelaide Hills, charmat fermented to keep every last drop of that fresh, flirtatious fruit front and centre.
Because some things shouldn't be overcomplicated. Like fun. Like bubbles. Like bad decisions that turn out to be very, very good ones.
Pop the cork and you're hit with strawberries and cream, a little watermelon, and a handful of rose petals that somehow ended up in your glass. There's a gentle brioche warmth underneath — just enough to suggest this one's thought about itself — before a crisp, dry finish that makes the next sip feel inevitable.
On the palate it's light, lively, and dangerously easy to drink. Silky fine bubbles, a whisper of red berry sweetness, and a bright acidity that keeps everything honest. Mostly.
Serve it very cold. Drink it with people who make questionable choices, looking glamorous.
